With over 10 years of industry experience and a comprehensive understanding of the entire silicone value chain—from monomer synthesis to downstream applications—Henry plays a vital role in the factory's daily operations and strategic development.

As the Factory General Manager, Henry is fully responsible for the factory's production management, covering key domains such as production planning, resource allocation, quality control, equipment management, and team building. He has established a sophisticated production management system that optimizes the procurement, storage, and use of raw materials, effectively controlling costs while significantly boosting production capacity. In implementing strategies for production optimization, capacity enhancement, and cost reduction, Henry leverages his sharp industry insight and innovative methods to lead his team in achieving breakthroughs and driving the factory's stable advancement. He personally oversees every stage and process, from raw material intake to finished product dispatch, ensuring efficient coordination and continuous optimization of the production process.
