    Is Silco RTV 4500 safe to use in a stainless steel honey extractor?
    It will be in direct contact with honey.

    Can food grade silicone be used for making male or female personal used toys which are human body insertable? or it must be a medical grade ?
    Food grade silicone is meant for contact with food, it is not suitable for the purpose you describe.
