To address potential damage and leakage of liquid silicone during air freight (FedEx/DHL/UPS), we have implemented reinforced packaging measures for all samples and small-batch orders to ensure their safety and integrity during transit.
1KG Cans: We use a "can-plus-bag" method, adding an extra plastic bag around each plastic can for additional protection to ensure no leakage during transit.
5KG Pails: We use a "pail-with-liner" method, sealing the liquid silicone in a leak-proof plastic bag before placing it inside the plastic pail. To ensure optimal leak prevention, each pail is actually filled with 4KG of liquid silicone.
Cost Optimization: We understand that the total weight of a standard carton with four 5KG pails often exceeds the 22KG single-package limit set by airlines, leading to high overweight surcharges. To avoid this extra cost, we adjust the fill quantity of each pail to 4KG, keeping the total carton weight within the economical range and helping you proactively avoid overweight fees.
